Over the past several months, Tain Community Council has been engaging with the local community through drop-in sessions and questionnaires with our local schools, gathering your views on what you would like to see happen in Tain.

We’ve asked about a range of important local issues, including transport, housing, buildings, land use and much more.

After a great deal of hard work, Derek Louden has collated all of the feedback into a Draft Local Place Plan (LPP).

We are now inviting you to take the time to read through the draft and let us know whether it reflects what you told us you would like to see happen locally, before we submit it to the Highland Council.

 The Draft Local Place Plan can be found on the Royal Burgh of Tain Community Council website under the Draft LPP section.
